Full Cancellation
- Before Activation: A full refund will be issued if you cancel a premium service before it is activated. This ensures that you are only charged for services you choose to utilize.
- Activation Confirmation: Activation of services is confirmed via email or platform notification. Please ensure you review and understand the service activation terms at the time of purchase.
No Refunds
- After Activation: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after a premium service has been fully activated. This is because resources and efforts may have already been allocated to your specific needs.
