⚖ VS Ventures – Terms & Conditions (T&C) & Legal Agreements
1. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Membership validity begins from the date of payment confirmation.
3. Access to business listings and buyer/investor matches will be provided manually via email and WhatsApp.
4. Verified Badge and Featured Listing services are subject to separate payment as per the plan or add-ons selected.
5. Commission fees are payable only upon successful closure of a deal and are calculated as per the rates above.
6. Commission payment must be completed within 15 days of deal closure or as agreed in writing.
7. All deals facilitated via VS Ventures require a signed Letter of Intent (LOI) or Agreement on Commercial Terms (AOC) before final introduction or negotiation.
8. VS Ventures holds no liability for the accuracy, authenticity, or legal standing of business opportunities; due diligence is the responsibility of buyers and sellers.
9. Members agree to keep all shared information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written permission from VS Ventures.
10. VS Ventures reserves the right to terminate membership for any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical behavior without refund.
11. Any services beyond those listed in the membership plans and add-ons will incur additional fees, mutually agreed upon before service delivery.
12. Membership and commission policies are subject to change with a 30-day notice to members via email.
13. Disputes arising from membership or deals facilitated through VS Ventures shall be resolved through arbitration in Bharuch, Gujarat, as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
14. These terms form part of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) binding all parties to confidentiality and professional conduct.
15. By using VS Ventures services, members agree to all terms stated herein.
